History of Work around Europe LLD

Work around Europe LLD was founded in 2018 in Krakow, Poland by a young entrepreneur named Mateusz Nowak, a former manager at an international recruitment agency. The idea was born after Mateusz spent several years working with students and young professionals from Asia, helping them find legal employment across Europe. During this time, he realized that many agencies focused only on placement, but very few offered real support, transparency, and long-term guidance.

Mateusz joined forces with his longtime colleague Lina Wojciechowska, an expert in HR and international relations, as well as two partners with backgrounds in logistics and IT — Robert Kowalski and Sona Cheng from Taiwan. Together, they shared a common vision: to build a reliable international platform that connects motivated workers from Asia and other regions with trustworthy employers across Europe.

In the early days, the company operated from a small office in Krakow and cooperated with local factories, warehouses, and hotels in Poland. Within the first year, more than 500 workers from the Philippines, Vietnam, and India were successfully employed in Warsaw and Gdansk. What made Work around Europe LLD stand out was its strong focus on legal compliance, language training, cultural adaptation, and personal support.

By 2020, the company expanded its services to Germany, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic, establishing local partnerships and representative offices. Each expansion followed the same principle: transparent contracts, fair working conditions, and full assistance with documentation.

By 2023, Work around Europe LLD had already helped over 20,000 people from Asia and Africa find stable jobs in Europe across sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, hospitality, and IT. Employers valued the company for its reliability, while workers trusted it as a safe bridge to a better future.

Today, Work around Europe LLD is an international recruitment and mobility platform headquartered in Krakow, Poland, with partners in more than 10 European countries. The company continues to invest in digital solutions, including an internal worker portal and mobile application, allowing candidates to track their application status and receive guidance at every stage.
